Details of the Job/Internship

TFI India Labs Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a Legal Advisor to join their office in Bengaluru.

Role and Responsibilities

• Contracts: Draft, review, and negotiate contracts (NDAs, service agreements, vendor agreements, etc.).
• Maintain contract records and ensure timely renewals.
• Intellectual Property: Assist with IP management, research, and compliance. Support IP-related disputes and filings.
• Legal Research: Conduct research on contract, corporate, and IP law. Provide legal opinions to internal stakeholders.
• Compliance: Assist with regulatory compliance and internal audits.
• Support Legal Consultant: Aid the legal consultant in preparing legal documents, opinions, and reports.

Eligibility

• Education: LLB degree.
• Experience in contract drafting and legal matters, IPR.

Salary/Stipend
