The Fortune Group is hiring a Legal Advisor to join their office in Bengaluru.
Role and Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive legal advice to management on business operations, risks, and strategies.
- Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and MOUs.
- Represent the organization in legal proceedings, including labor tribunals and regulatory hearings.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and central laws, particularly in labor and employment regulations.
- Liaise with external counsel, regulatory bodies, and internal teams on legal matters.
- Monitor changes in legislation and assess the potential impact on the business.
- Maintain and manage legal documentation and case files efficiently.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) from a recognized university.
- Strong knowledge of corporate law, labor law, and regulatory compliance.
- Proven experience in legal document drafting and litigation support.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
- High level of professional integrity, attention to detail, and strategic thinking.
