Touchstone Educationals LLP is hiring Legal Advisor with the experience of 3+ years to join their office in Chandigarh.
Role and Responsibilities
- Provide legal advice and guidance to the company on matters related to immigration laws, regulations, and procedures.
- Review and draft legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and policies.
- Conduct legal research and provide legal opinions on complex matters.
- Represent the company in legal proceedings, if required.
Eligibility
- Bachelor's degree in Law from a recognized institution.
- 3+years of experience as a Legal Advisor, preferably in the immigration or educational consultancy industry.
- Sound knowledge of immigration laws, regulations, and procedures.
- Familiarity with international educational systems and visa procedures is a plus.
