Touchstone Educationals LLP is hiring for the position of legal advisor with experience of 3+ years to join their Chandigarh office. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Provide legal advice and guidance to the company on matters related to immigration laws, regulations, and procedures.
• Review and draft legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and policies.
• Conduct legal research and provide legal opinions on complex matters.
• Represent the company in legal proceedings, if required.
• They welcome part-time people also.

Eligibility

• Bachelor's degree in Law from a recognized institution.
• 3+ years of experience as a Legal Advisor, preferably in the immigration or educational consultancy industry.
• Sound knowledge of immigration laws, regulations, and procedures.
• Familiarity with international educational systems and visa procedures is a plus.

Salary/Stipend

Rs. 25,000-Rs. 35,000
