Unipe is hiring for the position of Legal Advisor to join their office in Bengaluru. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Prepare and review legal documents and contracts.
• Provide legal advice on corporate, labor, and employment matters.
• Handle legal issues and support compliance across departments.
• Represent the company in matters before NCLT and NCLAT.
• Collaborate effectively with teams while working independently when required.
• Mitigate legal risks and ensure adherence to laws and regulations.

Eligibility

• JD, LLB, or equivalent legal qualification.
• Expertise in corporate, labor, and employment law.
• Experience in legal advisory, document preparation, and handling NCLT/NCLAT matters.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Experience in corporate or related legal fields is a plus.

Salary/Stipend
