Details of the Job/Internship
Utkarsh Global Foundation is hiring a Legal Advisor with 4+ years of experience to join their team in Mulund West, Mumbai.
Role and Responsibilities
- Manage and monitor litigation matters across various courts and multiple jurisdictions.
- Draft, review, and vet complex contracts, legal notices, and multi-party agreements.
- Provide expert legal advice on evolving regulatory and statutory compliance requirements.
- Coordinate with external advocates and legal consultants to build robust case strategies.
- Support comprehensive case preparation, including document discovery and persistent follow-ups.
- Liaise with government departments, regulatory bodies, and local authorities.
- Represent the organization in official meetings and legal proceedings as required.
- Maintain meticulous records of case statuses, legal archives, and compliance activities.
- Travel across India to represent the foundation in legal discussions and court hearings.
Eligibility
- LLB / LLM qualification from a recognized university.
- Minimum 4 years of professional experience in litigation or legal advisory roles.
- Strong understanding of Indian laws, regulatory frameworks, and civil/criminal procedures.
- Proven experience in drafting high-level legal documentation and managing case files.
