V. K. Lalco Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a Legal Advisor with extensive experience in real estate law to join their Mumbai office.

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft and finalize leave and license agreements and development agreements.
• Appear confidently before revenue authorities and city civil courts.
• Conduct detailed legal research and provide recommendations to the legal team and management.
• Collaborate with senior counsel on legal matters.
• Preferably have knowledge of Revenue Law, SRA matters, and general Real Estate Law.

Eligibility

• Extensive experience in drafting legal documents and dealing with senior counsel.
• Confident in court appearances and legal research.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Hardworking and diligent professional.
