Details of the Job/Internship
V. K. Lalco Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a Legal Advisor with more than 5 years of experience after Sanad to join their office in Mumbai. The role involves handling real estate matters, drafting agreements, and representing the company before authorities and courts.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft and finalize leave and license agreements and development agreements.
- Conduct detailed legal research and provide recommendations to the legal team and management.
- Appear before revenue authorities and city civil courts.
- Draft and review legal documents in coordination with senior counsels.
Eligibility
- Law degree with more than 5 years of post-Sanad experience.
- Experience in drafting and coordinating with senior counsels.
- Confidence to appear before revenue authorities and city civil courts.
- Knowledge of Revenue Law, SRA matters, and Real Estate Law is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Hardworking and diligent.
