Vakilsearch is hiring a Legal Advisor with experience of 0–1 year to join their office in Chennai.
Role and Responsibilities
- Provide expert legal advice and consultation to clients across diverse subject matters.
- Understand client requirements and deliver effective legal solutions to address their needs.
- Introduce comprehensive legal services during initial consultations, prioritising revenue growth and quality work.
- Draft and review various commercial documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Collaborate with external counsels for litigation management, adhering to strict schedules.
- Work efficiently without constant supervision and demonstrate a strong sense of autonomy.
- Continuously update legal knowledge and adapt to evolving industry trends.
- Manage multiple assignments within tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Resolve complex legal issues with strong analytical skills.
- Leverage legal tech tools to enhance services and streamline processes.
- Demonstrate initiative and manage tasks independently.
