Vakilsearch is hiring a Legal Advisor to join their Gurugram office. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Provide expert legal advice and consultation across diverse subject matters.
• Understand client requirements and deliver effective legal solutions.
• Introduce and promote comprehensive legal services, focusing on revenue growth and quality work.
• Draft and review commercial documents for accuracy and compliance.
• Coordinate with external counsels for litigation management within defined timelines.
• Work independently with minimal supervision.
• Stay updated with evolving legal knowledge and industry trends.
