Details of the Job/Internship

VAP Group is currently in search of a seasoned and exceptionally skilled individual to join our team as a Legal Specialist, specializing in contract review and analysis.

Role and Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough reviews of client contracts, identifying key legal issues, risks, and opportunities.
• Analyze contractual terms and conditions to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Provide clear and concise summaries of contract provisions to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Stay informed about relevant legal developments and changes in laws affecting contract review.
• Conduct legal research to support contract analysis and provide recommendations to the legal team.
• Communicate legal findings and recommendations to clients in a clear and understandable manner.
• Collaborate with a cross-functional team to ensure a comprehensive approach to contract review.
• Work closely with other attorneys to share insights and best practices.
• Develop strategies for mitigating legal risks associated with contractual agreements.
• Advise clients on potential risks and propose alternative contractual provisions to achieve optimal outcomes.

Eligibility

• Preferred degree from an law school.
• 4-5 years of experience in contract review and analysis.
• Strong understanding of contract law, commercial agreements, and relevant legal principles.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
