Details of the Job/Internship

Wadan Developments is hiring a bilingual Legal Advisor with 3–5 years of experience in real estate and development legal work to join their office in Dubai. The role requires strong drafting and communication skills in both Arabic and English, along with expertise in legal documents used in the property development sector.

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and revise legal documents and contracts, including SPAs, EOIs, booking forms, subcontractor agreements, MOUs, NDAs, JV agreements, and other real estate contracts.
• Assist in legal due diligence for land acquisitions, project launches, and regulatory filings.
• Translate legal documents and correspondence between Arabic and English with accuracy.
• Liaise with external law firms, consultants, and government authorities.
• Maintain organized physical and digital legal files and contracts.
• Support compliance with DLD, RERA, Dubai Municipality, Notary Public, and other authorities.
• Ensure timely contract renewals, manage legal notices, and update contract trackers.
• Conduct preliminary legal research and assist in preparing reports, presentations, or summaries.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Legal Studies, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in real estate development or construction legal work in the UAE.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Arabic.
• Strong knowledge of UAE real estate laws, DLD and RERA procedures, and contract law.
• Excellent organizational, drafting, and time-management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with legal document management systems is a plus.
