Wellwishers Group India is hiring a Legal Advisor with a minimum of 6 years of experience to join their office in Pune.
Role and Responsibilities
- Provide legal advice and guidance to the company.
- Review contracts and agreements.
- Ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
- Advise on legal and business risks associated with transactions.
- Conduct legal research and prepare legal briefs.
- Act as a liaison between the company and external law firms.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Law or LLB.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in a legal advisor or similar role.
- Experience in contract review and negotiations, legal research, and drafting legal documents.
- Experience working with regulatory bodies and compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities with competing deadlines.
