Details of the Job/Internship

WSP is hiring Legal Advisor with the experience of 5 to 10 years to join their office in Noida.

Role and Responsibilities

• Responsible for reviewing a full range of contracts and associated documents
• Providing clear and concise feedback on contract risks and conduct follow up calls with colleagues to discuss, where required in a timely manner.
• Establishing and maintaining good professional relationships with the business, as well as with external parties such as clients and their legal counsel.
• Proactively managing and leading negotiations.
• Proficiency in Arabic (reading, writing) highly desirable.

Eligibility

• Should have a law degree and 5-10 years relevant experience in the construction industry, preferably working with multinational construction industry companies.
