Details of the Job/Internship
DSSPL is hiring a Legal Advisor with 1–3 years of experience in a legal firm to join their Bengaluru office and contribute to the company’s innovation in the digital estate planning domain.
Role and Responsibilities
- Provide legal customer support via written and virtual communication on succession and will-related matters.
- Coach graduates on customer query handling and escalation procedures.
- Monitor customer interactions and develop a knowledge base of FAQs and standard solutions.
- Build team expertise in related legal areas like trusts, divorce, and property disputes.
- Innovate scalable solutions for efficient customer query redressal.
- Contribute to legal tech innovation within the organization.
- Lead and expand a legal team aligned with organizational growth.
- Represent customer needs and feedback within the company.
- Perform additional responsibilities as required.
Eligibility
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in a legal firm.
- Estate planning and Indian succession law exposure preferred.
- Client-facing experience and ability to provide legal solutions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in customer support services is an advantage.
- Team leadership and coaching experience is a plus.
