Details of the Job/Internship
Miracle Software Systems, Inc is hiring a Legal Advisory Officer for their Visakhapatnam office. This is a permanent role with rotational shifts.
Role and Responsibilities
- Vendor management.
- Client negotiations.
- Contract management.
- Document review.
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating legal agreements, including SOWs, MSAs, NDAs, and non-compete agreements, in compliance with company policies.
- Setting up legal processes and systems to manage all company legal documents.
- Coordinating with external lawyers, contractors, and vendors to resolve legal and operational issues.
- Handling all domestic legal issues of the organization.
- Managing contractual issues and negotiating with vendors and clients via email or phone.
- Providing status updates of contract negotiations to management.
Eligibility
- Experience in legal and contract management for U.S. processes.
- Hands-on experience with vendor contracts, client contracts, and contract management.
- Experience in negotiating with Tier 1 IT companies and manpower solution vendors.
- Experience in using CLM tools and maintaining client contract databases.
