Ansal Properties & Infrastructure Ltd. is hiring a Legal Retainer (full-time) with 7–10 years of experience to join their office in Lucknow.

Role and Responsibilities

• Handling land matters, due diligence, and acquisition.
• Well-versed with policies of high-tech townships.
• Title verification.
• Drafting and vetting of property documents in Hindi and English.
• Handling registrations and coordination with local authorities.

Eligibility

• Strong knowledge of property laws and land matters in Uttar Pradesh.
• Experience in real estate companies.
• Proficiency in Hindi and English.
• 7–10 years of hands-on experience in real estate law.
• Location: Lucknow (on-site role).

Salary/Stipend
