Details of the Job/Internship
Apollo Clinic Deoghar is hiring a Legal Advocate for Hospitals to join their office in Deoghar.
Role and Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee legal affairs of the organisation.
- Provide legal advice and counsel on matters affecting hospital operations.
- Draft, review, and manage contractual agreements.
- Negotiate terms and resolve legal disputes when required.
- Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory requirements.
- Address legal issues related to hospital administration and operations.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B.) or relevant legal qualification.
- Master’s degree in law is preferred.
- Proven expertise in law and providing legal advice.
- Experience in drafting, reviewing, and managing contractual agreements.
- Ability to handle legal affairs and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and commitment to ethical practices.
- Prior experience in healthcare or hospital legal operations is an added advantage.
