Details of the Job/Internship
Bhionix Group is hiring a Legal Advocate with experience of 3–8+ years to join their office in Bhubaneswar. The role involves managing legal matters relating to IT services, software development contracts, commercial disputes, compliance, and corporate advisory, while safeguarding the company’s legal interests through litigation handling, agreement drafting, and regulatory compliance within the technology and consulting domain.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate IT service agreements, NDAs, SaaS contracts, vendor agreements, and client contracts.
- Handle commercial disputes, recovery matters, arbitration, and litigation cases.
- Manage legal notices, FIR responses, and court documentation.
- Provide legal advisory on intellectual property rights, domain disputes, copyright, trademark, and data protection laws.
- Ensure compliance with the IT Act, Companies Act, GST, Contract Law, and other applicable regulations.
- Represent the company before courts, tribunals, and regulatory authorities.
- Advise management on risk mitigation and legal strategy.
- Coordinate with external counsel and regulatory bodies when required.
Eligibility
- LLB / LLM from a recognized university.
- Enrollment with Bar Council.
- 3–8+ years of experience, preferably in the IT, SaaS, or consulting industry.
- Strong knowledge of technology law, contract law, and commercial litigation.
- Excellent drafting and negotiation skills.
