Details of the Job/Internship
Bhionix Group is hiring a Legal Advocate with experience of 3–8+ years to join their offices in Abu Dhabi and Delhi.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate IT service agreements, NDAs, SaaS contracts, vendor agreements, and client contracts.
- Handle commercial disputes, recovery matters, arbitration, and litigation cases.
- Manage legal notices, FIR responses, and court documentation.
- Provide legal advisory on intellectual property rights, domain disputes, copyright, trademark, and data protection laws.
- Ensure compliance with the IT Act, Companies Act, GST, Contract Law, and other applicable regulations.
- Represent the company before courts, tribunals, and regulatory authorities.
- Advise management on risk mitigation and legal strategy.
- Coordinate with external counsel and regulatory bodies when required.
Eligibility
- LLB or LLM from a recognized university.
- Enrollment with the Bar Council.
- A minimum of 3 to 8+ years of experience, preferably in the IT, SaaS, or consulting industry.
- Strong knowledge of technology law, contract law, and commercial litigation.
- Excellent drafting and negotiation skills.
- Experience in the startup ecosystem and tech-based companies.
- Understanding of cybersecurity, data privacy, and intellectual property.
- Ability to handle high-value contract negotiations.
- Strong communication and analytical skills.
