Details of the Job/Internship

Efficax Legal Solutions is hiring a Legal Advocate for a full-time role based in Mumbai, with partial work-from-home flexibility.

Role and Responsibilities

• Provide legal advice and support.
• Draft contractual agreements.
• Manage legal affairs and negotiate on behalf of clients.
• Handle bank documentation processes.
• Travel for case-related work.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in Law or related field.
• Experience in drafting contractual agreements.
• Knowledge of legal affairs and negotiation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Experience in litigation and dispute resolution is a plus.

Salary/Stipend
