Details of the Job/Internship

Krish Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Advocate specializing in the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (IBC), Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India (IBBI), and National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) matters. 

Role and Responsibilities

This role requires a deep understanding of the IBC framework, exceptional analytical abilities, and excellent advocacy skills.

Eligibility

• The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience and have a strong background in legal and financial disciplines. 
• Strong knowledge of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code and related regulations.
• Excellent drafting and legal research skills.Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines effectively.
• Proficiency in legal database research and MS Office Suite.
• High degree of professional ethics and integrity.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.Demonstrated ability to handle high-pressure situations and complex legal issues.
