Details of the Job/Internship

Legodesk is hiring a Legal Advocate to join their office in Bengaluru. This is a full-time, on-site role involving handling a wide range of legal tasks, including providing legal advice, addressing litigation issues, preparing legal documents, and representing the organisation in court.

Role and Responsibilities

• Provide legal advice and address litigation-related issues.
• Prepare legal documents and represent the organisation in court.
• Manage legal risks and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Negotiate agreements and resolve disputes.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to meet legal and operational objectives.

Eligibility

• Strong knowledge of law and ability to address legal issues.
• Proficiency in providing legal advice and preparing legal documents.
• Experience in handling cases in courts and understanding court procedures.
• Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
• Exceptional problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) or higher; membership with the Bar Council of India is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience with legal software and tools is an advantage.

Salary/Stipend
