Legodesk integrates tools such as route planning, reminders, and mapping to enhance productivity for legal teams.
Details of the Job/Internship
Legodesk is hiring an Advocate – Litigation to join their office in Bengaluru.
Role and Responsibilities
- Manage litigation cases and represent clients before courts.
- Draft legal notices, pleadings, and contracts.
- Conduct in-depth legal research.
- Liaise with clients and provide legal guidance.
- Assist in case management and ensure compliance with legal procedures.
- Collaborate with legal teams for effective case handling.
Eligibility
- LL.B. or equivalent degree with enrollment in the State Bar Council.
- Strong experience in litigation management and court representation.
- Proficiency in legal research, drafting, and documentation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively and provide strategic legal advice.
- Familiarity with legal technology tools and platforms.
- Experience in corporate litigation or financial services is an added advantage.
