NEWS TODAY MEDIA PRIVATE LIMITED is hiring a Legal Advocate to join their office in Jaipur.

Role and Responsibilities

• Provide legal counsel to the organisation.
• Manage contractual agreements.
• Handle legal affairs and ensure compliance.
• Represent the company in negotiations.
• Draft and review legal documents.
• Support organisational decision-making with legal insights.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) or equivalent.
• LLM is an advantage.
• Strong expertise in law and providing legal advice.
• Proficiency in drafting and reviewing contractual agreements.
• Capability to handle a variety of legal affairs and ensure compliance.
• Skilled in negotiation and resolving contractual and business disputes.
• Excellent research, analytical, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of corporate legal compliance regulations is beneficial.
• Experience in the paper, forest products, or media sectors is an added advantage.
