Details of the Job/Internship
Paisalo Digital Limited is hiring a Legal Executive with experience of 1+ years to join their office in C.R. Park, New Delhi.
Role and Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough TSR (Title Search Report) checks, document scrutiny, legal vetting of property papers, and compliance review.
- Coordinate with internal teams, banks/NBFCs, and clients for follow-ups related to documentation and pending queries.
- Support the completion of mortgage creation formalities.
- Review and verify documents such as sale deeds, chain documents, NOCs, and sanction letters.
- Ensure legal compliance and documentation accuracy for mortgage processing.
- Maintain case records, follow-up trackers, and provide timely reporting.
Eligibility
- LLB (Completed).
- Enrolled or eligible to enroll as an Advocate (preferred).
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Legal Advocate or in a legal back-office role.
- Mandatory experience in property or home-loan back-office operations such as legal vetting, verification, and mortgage documentation.
