PUSHPGANGA VENTURES is hiring a Legal Advocate to join their office in the Pune Division.

Role and Responsibilities

• Provide expert legal advice.
• Draft and review contractual agreements.
• Manage legal affairs.
• Contribute to negotiation processes.
• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements in coordination with internal teams.

Eligibility

• Proficiency in law and comprehensive understanding of legal frameworks.
• Experience in providing legal advice and handling legal affairs.
• Strong skills in drafting and reviewing contractual agreements.
• Effective negotiation abilities.
• Attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Licensed to practice law with knowledge of local, state, and federal regulations.
• Experience in real estate, corporate, or commercial law is a plus.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
