Details of the Job/Internship

Relay Human Cloud is looking for a candidate for the position of Legal Advocate with 8+ years of experience.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Provide expert legal counsel on matters pertaining to U.S. law, including but not limited to corporate, real estate, immigration, contracts, and litigation.
  • Represent clients in U.S. legal matters, ensuring compliance with local and federal U.S. laws and regulations.
  • Draft, review, and manage legal documentation, including contracts, agreements, and legal opinions, relevant to U.S. legal processes.
  • Conduct legal research to stay updated with changes in U.S. laws and provide insights for case strategies.
  • Liaise with U.S.-based legal teams, clients, and regulatory bodies to ensure seamless coordination and communication.
  • Handle legal compliance and ensure adherence to U.S. regulatory and procedural requirements.
  • Assist in dispute resolution and manage litigation processes as required.
  • Provide support and advice on cross-border legal issues and transactions.

Eligibility

  • Law degree (LLB/LLM) from an accredited institution.
  • Bar admission or certification in U.S. law will be a strong advantage.
  • 5-10 years of professional legal experience with a strong focus on U.S. law and legal processes.
  • Excellent knowledge of U.S. legal systems, procedures, and regulations.
  • Strong legal research, drafting, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple cases and legal projects simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with U.S.-based clients and legal professionals.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is essential.
