Details of the Job/Internship
Sarthak Singapore Group is hiring a Legal Advocate with a minimum of 3 years of experience in real estate legal work, particularly in Madhya Pradesh, to join their legal and documentation team.
Role and Responsibilities
- Manage all legal formalities related to property registration, sale deeds, and title verification.
- Handle online documentation and workflows on Sampada 2 (MP government portal).
- Draft and review legal documents such as agreements to sell, sale deeds, POAs, MOUs, and affidavits.
- Liaise with sub-registrar offices, notaries, and legal authorities for registrations and compliance.
- Conduct due diligence of land and property titles.
- Support the internal sales, CRM, and documentation teams in client-related legal queries.
- Provide legal advice on RERA compliance, township policies, and land acquisition issues.
- Maintain legal records, timelines, and statutory filings.
- Represent the company in legal proceedings when required.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) from a recognized university.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in real estate legal work, particularly in Madhya Pradesh.
- Must have practical experience in using the Sampada 2 portal.
- Deep understanding of property registration rules, mutation, and land documentation.
- Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.
- Ability to handle multiple legal cases and registration files simultaneously.
- Should be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently.
