Details of the Job/Internship

Scape Living is hiring a Legal Advocate with 2–3 years of experience to join its real estate team at the Porvorim Office in North Goa. The role involves working on real estate legal matters, with preference for candidates experienced in Goa property laws. The position requires strong drafting skills, including conveyance, sale deeds, and agreements, fluency in English and Konkani, property due diligence, coordination with senior lawyers, and appearances before courts and revenue authorities. This is a full-time role offering a professional work environment and a competitive salary commensurate with experience.

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft and review conveyance documents, sale deeds, and agreements.
• Conduct property due diligence and legal verification.
• Handle matters related to Goa property laws and regulations.
• Coordinate with senior lawyers on legal strategies and case management.
• Appear before courts and revenue authorities as required.
• Provide legal advice on real estate transactions and compliance matters.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) or equivalent qualification.
• LLM is an added advantage.
• 2–3 years of relevant legal experience, preferably in real estate or property law.
• Strong understanding of property law and regulatory compliance.
• Expertise in legal advice, contractual agreements, and legal affairs.
• Proficiency in negotiation and conflict resolution.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work within deadlines.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.
• Fluency in English and Konkani.

Salary/Stipend
