Details of the Job/Internship
Shubh Matoshri is hiring a Legal Advocate with 3–4 years of experience to join its team in Pune. The role involves handling litigation, legal documentation, compliance matters, and providing legal support across various legal forums.
Role and Responsibilities
- Represent the organisation before courts, tribunals, and other legal forums.
- Draft, review, and vet legal documents, including pleadings, petitions, notices, agreements, contracts, affidavits, and legal opinions.
- Handle civil, criminal, corporate, labour, and commercial matters, as applicable.
- Conduct legal research and prepare case briefs and summaries.
- Manage case files, track court proceedings, and coordinate with external counsel.
- Ensure statutory compliance and advise management on legal risks.
- Handle legal notices, responses, and negotiations.
- Liaise with government authorities, regulatory bodies, and law enforcement agencies, when required.
- Maintain accurate records of legal matters and deadlines.
Eligibility
- LLB degree from a recognised university.
- Enrolled with the State Bar Council.
- 3–4 years of professional legal experience.
- Strong knowledge of Indian laws, court procedures, and legal drafting.
- Proficiency in MS Office and legal research tools.
