Details of the Job/Internship
Vishwanath Builders is hiring a Legal Advocate with experience of 3–5 years to join their office in Ahmedabad.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and vet legal documents including sale agreements, MoUs, title deeds, and lease agreements.
- Ensure all projects are compliant with RERA and other applicable real estate laws.
- Provide legal support in property registrations, title verification, due diligence, and land acquisition.
- Represent the company in legal disputes, litigation, arbitration, or regulatory hearings.
- Maintain records of all legal documents and correspondence.
- Handle customer legal queries regarding agreements, possession, and documentation.
- Coordinate with government departments and legal authorities as required.
Eligibility
- LLB degree from a recognized university.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in real estate law (preferred).
- Knowledge of RERA, Transfer of Property Act, and other relevant laws.
Salary/Stipend
