Details of the Job/Internship
Adfactors PR is hiring a Legal Affairs Specialist with 7–15 years of experience to join its Strategic Communication team in Mumbai.
Role and Responsibilities
- Advise clients on communication strategies aligned with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with legal counsels, investment bankers, and corporate teams during transactions.
- Develop disclosure-sensitive communication materials, including press releases and stakeholder briefs.
- Support communication strategy during litigation, investigations, and enforcement actions.
- Translate legal and regulatory developments into clear stakeholder messaging.
- Advise on disclosure timelines, governance communication, and compliance narratives.
- Support crisis communication involving legal or regulatory challenges.
Eligibility
- 7–15 years of experience in corporate law, M&A, capital markets, securities law, or regulatory practice.
- Strong knowledge of SEBI regulations, Companies Act, stock exchange norms, and corporate governance.
- Experience with transactions, regulatory filings, or compliance for listed or large unlisted entities.
- Excellent analytical and written communication skills.
- LLB or LLM from a reputed law school.
- CS or equivalent qualification is an added advantage.
