Details of the Job/Internship

Legacy Partners is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Legal Analyst/Associate to join their team in Cochin, Kerala. The successful candidate will work closely with our legal team and be responsible for a wide range of legal support tasks.

Role and Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research and analysis on various topics related to the client's business.
• Draft and review legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and policies.
• Review and analyze legal agreements and contracts to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Manage legal databases and maintain accurate and up-to-date records.
• Assist with legal and regulatory filings and submissions.
• Participate in meetings with internal stakeholders and external counsel.
• Provide general administrative support to the legal team as needed.
• Litigation support

Eligibility

• Law graduates with 1-3 years of experience.
• Excellent research, analytical, and writing skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Knowledge of corporate and commercial law, including contract law, is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal research databases.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
