Hillroute Capital is hiring a Legal Analyst – Intern for a 3-month in-office internship in Delhi,
Role and Responsibilities
- Conduct legal research on compliance, digital asset regulations, and asset management laws.
- Draft, review, and assist in negotiating contracts and agreements.
- Support transactions involving fund formation, corporate actions, and business expansion.
- Assist with due diligence, governance, and regulatory compliance.
- Manage compliance requirements, document flows, and regulatory filings.
- Maintain trackers, SOPs, and internal documentation for legal and operational processes.
- Coordinate with external service providers for onboarding, compliance, and reporting.
Eligibility
- Final-year student in a 5-year integrated or 3-year LL.B. program.
- Strong interest in finance laws, digital asset regulation, and compliance.
- Excellent legal research, drafting, and communication skills.
- Prior internship experience in law firms or in-house legal teams preferred.
- Familiarity with compliance processes and AI tools for legal research is an advantage.
