Details of the Job/Internship

Hillroute is seeking a Legal Analyst Intern for a 3-month in-office internship to join at their Delhi location.

Role and Responsibilities

• Research digital asset laws, fund regulations, and compliance developments.
• Draft and review contracts, agreements, and due diligence documents.
• Assist in fund formation, governance, and regulatory filings.
• Maintain trackers, SOPs, and coordinate with external stakeholders.
• Support investor onboarding, documentation, and internal legal processes.
• Collaborate with the Founder’s Office on strategic initiatives.

Eligibility

• Final-year student in a 5-year law program or 3-year LLB.
• Strong interest in finance, investment law, and compliance.
• Excellent legal research and drafting skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks with attention to detail.
• Prior internships at law firms or in-house teams (preferred, not mandatory).
• Familiarity with financial regulation and digital asset frameworks.

Salary/Stipend
