Details of the Job/Internship

Hillroute is inviting law students to join their office in Delhi. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research on digital asset regulation, fund compliance, and global legal developments.
• Draft and review investment, vendor, and service agreements.
• Support legal work related to fund formation, transactions, and corporate governance.
• Assist with due diligence, regulatory filings, and documentation management.
• Coordinate investor onboarding and manage compliance documentation.
• Maintain legal trackers, SOPs, and internal documentation systems.
• Collaborate with external counsel, service providers, and internal teams on legal and operational matters.
• Contribute to strategic and operational initiatives from the Founder’s Office.

Eligibility

• Final-year student enrolled in a 5-year integrated law course or a 3-year LLB program.
• Strong interest in finance laws, digital asset regulations, and compliance.
• Excellent legal research, drafting, and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple responsibilities.
• Ability to draft, review, and support negotiation of a variety of legal agreements.
