Details of the Job/Internship
Rightsline is hiring a Legal Analyst Manager-Contracts with experience of 3 years to join their office in Noida.
Role and Responsibilities
- Manage a team of Legal & Business Analysts responsible for the interpretation and ingestion of deal terms in the UI, ensuring direct report’s individual professional and personal goals are created and tracked throughout the year.
- Responsible for the team’s day-to-day operations ensuring process and standards are being met.
- Serve as the team lead and expert in Contract Interpretation and Ingestion for Media and Entertainment Clients. Majorly in RightsLogic/ Rightsline/Alliant UI’s.
- Coach and train team members to ensure proper growth and development.
- Responsible for Solution design and execution for assigned projects
- Works closely with the Delivery Deal Ingestion teams on providing inputs into their project plans and also status of design and testing activities.
- Evaluate business requirements for contract life-cycle management in various applications and systems.
- Lead the on-boarding, training, implementation, execution and support of contract Identify customer requirements/use cases, and track and document the execution and delivery of such projects.
- Manage risks and alert manager to potential escalations and issues of importance.
- Ensure requirements, and solutions are understood, agreed to and signed off at the appropriate stages in a project.
- Provide detailed analysis of processes and workflows with suggestions for improvement using technology or business process enhancements.
- Build relationships with business users, and gain a deep understanding of their processes and how they are currently utilizing technology to develop improvements.
- Engage with internal teams, including, but not limited to Engineering, Product, and QA; to ensure relevant release items or customer initiatives are understood and delivered in a timely fashion.
- Manage the execution of data migration needs where we also provide guidance on data cleansing to our clients to better utilize the power of Rightsline.
- Engage with 3rd party technology vendors and system integration partners to ensure smooth integrations and implementations based on contractual work orders.
- Arrange and administer training where required for customers to promote the change management approach of the implementation.
- Conduct reviews of and analyze business and information technology processes.
Eligibility
- LLB degree, additionally, Bachelors or equivalent work experience. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 3 yearsof Managerial experience.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and presentation skills.
- Experience in contract interpretation,and contract ingestion.
- Experience in dealing with North American media and entertainment contracts is preferred, but not required.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work in a time-sensitive, deadline-driven environment and prioritize accordingly.
- Ability to review functional requirements, analysis and implementation documents and provide feedback.
- Ability to make sound judgments and resolve problems without supervision.
- Ability to clearly and effectively communicate, both written and verbally, with internal and external audiences.
- Excellent knowledge and ability in the use of Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
