Details of the Job/Internship

Addi is hiring for the position of Legal Analyst with 1 year of experience to join their office remotely. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Independently lead the review, negotiation, and drafting of partnership and merchant agreements.
• Advise merchant acquisition and success teams on routine partnership issues.
• Support compliance with corporate governance and regulatory obligations.
• Develop a strong understanding of Addi’s business model to expand your scope as required.

Eligibility

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a law firm or in-house legal team (startup or financial sector experience preferred).
• Strong track record in contract drafting, negotiation, and regulatory compliance.
• Knowledge of Colombian commercial law, consumer protection, and corporate governance.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
