Role and Responsibilities

• Actively support product development and innovation by providing legal expertise in defining and simplifying terms and conditions of agreements.
• Scale up efforts in line with the growth of client base and product offerings, ensuring seamless integration of legal requirements.
• Independently contribute to the creation of white papers, offering insights and expertise on legal aspects.
• Provide valuable support, editing, and suggestions while reviewing publications of peers and colleagues, regardless of hierarchy or seniority.
• Hands-on experience in legal data interpretation, including the creation of taxonomies and templates for efficient document management.
• Ability to present and document new developments, structuring transitions and providing template structures for various legal documents.
• Compare and identify synergies between different existing frameworks, enhancing efficiency and effectiveness.
• Proficient in terminologies related to various legal agreements, including loan and bond agreements, prospectuses, and DRHPs.
• Possess a basic understanding of accounting principles and standard line items to facilitate legal analysis.
• Strong inclination towards new reporting and disclosure structures, with the ability to create innovative and understandable standards and formats.

Eligibility

Eligibility and Qualifications:

• Graduation or Post Graduation in Law, such as LLB, BA-LLB, or Masters in Law.
• Ability to work both independently and as a team player, adapting to project requirements.
• Proactive approach to updating milestones and key performance indicators, with a focus on data-driven and measurable inputs.
• Strong adherence to corporate culture and conduct, demonstrating professionalism in all interactions.
• Participation in corporate events, including town halls and annual company events, to contribute to the company's community and culture.
• Proficiency in legal acronyms and jargon, coupled with the ability to present and simplify complex legal concepts for non-experts.
• Knowledge of various legal websites like Thomson Reuters Practical Law, Law.com, and Law Insider is considered advantageous.
