Details of the Job/Internship

alphastream.ai is hiring for the position of Legal Analyst to join their office in Bengaluru.

Role and Responsibilities

• A lawyer by background who can also work as a business analyst on product development and innovation by providing active support through client deliveries like defining and simplifying the terms and conditions of an agreement.
• Ability to scale up along with the growth of client base and products.
• Ability to contribute to white papers independently and also support, edit, and extend valuable suggestions while reviewing publications of peers and colleagues irrespective of hierarchy and seniority.

Eligibility

• Graduation or Post Graduation in Law, such as LLB, BA-LLB, or Masters in Law.
• Ability to work both independently and as a team player, adapting to project requirements.
• A proactive approach to updating milestones and key performance indicators, with a focus on data-driven and measurable inputs.
• Strong adherence to corporate culture and conduct, demonstrating professionalism in all interactions.
• Participation in corporate events, including town halls and annual company events, to contribute to the company's community and culture.
• Proficiency in legal acronyms and jargon, coupled with the ability to present and simplify complex legal concepts for non-experts.
• Knowledge of various legal websites like Thomson Reuters Practical Law, Law.com, and Law Insider is considered advantageous.
