Aon is looking for a candidate for the position of Legal Analyst with 0 to 1 year to join their Gurugram office.
Role and Responsibilities
- Accurate and timely drafting, reviewing, and redlining of contracts from multiple jurisdictions and business lines.
- Regular and accurate updating of the workflow management tool.
- Supporting ad-hoc projects and initiatives that may be allocated from time to time.
Eligibility
- LL.B.
- 0-1 year of experience.
- Familiarity around contracting concepts and tasks (comprehension of contract documents and types, reviewing, drafting, abstraction, research, etc.).
- Prior experience in reviewing and redlining commercial contracts based on client playbooks preferred.
- Basic understanding of contracts law.
