BlackRock is hiring a Legal Analyst with 1–2 years of experience to join their Legal Insights team in Bengaluru. The role involves supervising inboxes, downloading and organizing legal documents, reviewing fund structures, and ensuring accurate data maintenance in the document management system.

Role and Responsibilities

• Supervise internal inboxes and update team trackers.
• Download, order, and name key legal documents.
• Conduct high-level review of legal documents to identify fund structures and missing documentation.
• Perform ticket actions on JIRA in line with procedures and SLAs.
• Communicate project status with internal stakeholders.
• Ensure accurate document attributes for upload and maintain data quality on the system.

Eligibility

Legal background with knowledge of fund or corporate structures and experience in reviewing legal documents. 1–2 years of administrative or legal professional experience preferred.

Salary/Stipend

Salary details will be finalised during the interview process with the selected candidate.
