Details of the Job/Internship
Cummins India is hiring a Legal Analyst – Graduate with 4+ years of experience to join their office in Pune.
Role and Responsibilities
- Provide compliance and industrial relations support to CCS/CDBS plants.
- Assist in maintaining statutory and internal legal compliance.
- Support litigation matters, coordinate with stakeholders, and liaise with external counsel.
- Review routine documents, basic contracts, and assist senior attorneys on legal matters.
- Conduct directed legal research on BU-related issues and support assigned legal projects.
- Assist in contract management, document review, drafting, repository handling, and approval workflows.
- Provide administrative and logistics support for legal projects and maintain documentation, schedules, and records.
- Contribute to continuous improvement within the legal function.
Eligibility
- BA LLB degree from a recognised institution.
- License to practice law (can be obtained during the Graduate Program).
- 4+ years of relevant legal experience through internships, clerkships, or corporate exposure.
- Experience with compliance, documentation, or basic legal support tasks is preferred.
