Details of the Job/Internship
Deloitte is hiring a Legal Analyst with 1–2 years of experience to join its Office of General Counsel in Hyderabad.
Role and Responsibilities
- Analyze legal and business risks in contractual terms.
- Collaborate with U.S.-based attorneys to identify and mitigate engagement risks.
- Review and revise contracts such as engagement, subcontract, license, and confidentiality agreements.
- Assist with document conversion, proofreading, and comparison.
- Support development and updates of Deloitte’s standard form agreements.
- Perform additional job-related duties as assigned.
Eligibility
- Law degree from an accredited law school in India, the U.S., or another common law jurisdiction.
- 1–2 years of legal experience.
- Must not hold an active license to practice law in India.
- Strong analytical, drafting, critical thinking, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, apply good judgment, and provide creative solutions.
- Self-starter with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
