Details of the Job/Internship
Driffle is hiring a Legal Analyst to support its global business operations, with a focus on Europe, to ensure regulatory compliance and protect commercial interests.
Role and Responsibilities
- Respond to legal notices, queries, and communications from global regulatory bodies.
- Handle DMCA takedowns, intellectual property, privacy, and publisher complaints.
- Draft and review responses to legal notices and third-party communications.
- Assist in reviewing and managing commercial contracts and agreements.
- Support the review of investment and corporate documents, including SHA and SSA.
- Conduct legal research and prepare summaries on EU laws, gaming regulations, GDPR, and data protection.
- Coordinate with internal teams to gather information for legal matters.
Eligibility
- Law graduate or final-year law student (LLB / BA LLB).
- Strong written English and professional communication skills.
- Foundational knowledge of contracts, intellectual property, and privacy laws.
- Exposure to EU laws and GDPR.
- Interest in gaming, technology, or startups.
- Prior internship experience in a law firm or in-house legal team.
- Ability to manage multiple matters independently.
