Role and Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth legal research to support complex projects, providing comprehensive analysis and recommendations.
- Demonstrate expertise in utilizing legal databases, journals, and other resources to gather relevant information.
- Provide timely and accurate summaries of legal precedents, statutes, and regulations.
- Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations relevant to the organization's operations.
- Maintain and organize legal databases, ensuring efficient retrieval of information
- Stay updated on legal trends and emerging issues in the field..
Eligibility
- A bachelor's degree in law, legal studies, political science, or a related field.
- Prior experience in conducting legal research, preferably in a professional or academic setting.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret complex legal information and draw meaningful conclusions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for preparing legal memos, summaries, and reports.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Proficiency in legal research and analysis knowledge of corporate law, and legal principles.
- Experience with compliance management is a plus.
