Details of the Job/Internship

Gallagher & Mohan is hiring for the position of a Legal Analyst with a minimum of 5 years of commercial real estate legal experience to join their remote office in New Delhi.

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft and review purchase & sale agreements, REAs/OEAs, leases, licenses, and title and survey matters.
• Prepare letters, notices, waivers, and landlord-tenant correspondence.
• Track tenant litigation including bankruptcy, eviction, and breach of contract cases.
• Draft and finalize tenant estoppels, SNDAs, and waivers.
• Manage legal files, checklists, trackers, and KPIs.
• Provide responsive support to internal teams and tenants.

Eligibility

• U.S. Attorney or Certified Paralegal with a minimum of 5 years’ commercial real estate legal experience.
• Bachelor’s degree (JD/Paralegal Certification preferred).
• Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of legal document management systems preferred.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
• Team player, proactive, adaptable; familiarity with Yardi is a plus.

Salary/Stipend
