India Debt Resolution Company Limited (IDRCL) is a unique entity co-created under the pioneering initiative of the Government of India along with NARCL. IDRCL is mandated with the responsibility of unleashing the potential value embedded in the large corporate distress assets (NPAs) of the Indian banking and financial system. As a first-of-its-kind institutional framework, IDRCL's objective is to revive and restructure stressed businesses in active partnership with various stakeholders.

Details of the Job/Internship

A Legal Analyst is responsible for providing comprehensive legal support, strongly focusing on drafting, reviewing, and managing legal documentation and proceedings. The role requires expertise in debt recovery, insolvency laws, and regulatory compliance to effectively assist in corporate legal matters and ensure adherence to applicable legal frameworks.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB).
• In-depth knowledge of insolvency laws (IBC), debt recovery processes, and SARFAESI Act.
• Familiarity with RBI regulations and guidelines for ARCs.
• Strong drafting skills with attention to detail in legal documentation.
• Excellent analytical, research, and communication skills.
• 1-3 years of relevant experience.
