India Debt Resolution Company Limited is hiring a Legal Analyst with experience of 1 to 3 years to join their office in Mumbai.
Role and Responsibilities
- Drafting and Documentation.
- Debt Recovery and Insolvency Matters.
- Regulatory and Compliance Expertise.
- Legal Strategy and Coordination.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB);
- In-depth knowledge of insolvency laws (IBC), debt recovery processes, and the SARFAESI Act.
- Familiarity with RBI regulations and guidelines for ARCs.
- Strong drafting skills with attention to detail in legal documentation.
- Excellent analytical, research, and communication skills.
- 1-3 years of relevant experience.
